Britt Jennings, Fund Manager

Britt Jennings is a CPA and the Manager of Bedrock Loans, LLC, which manages The Bedrock Fund. Over his thirty-year career, Mr. Jennings has focused on providing strategic taxation and accounting advice for high net worth individuals and small to medium sized businesses, including clients in the real estate industry. Mr. Jennings believes that long-term relationships with clients lead to a better partnership benefiting both parties. He strives to ensure that each of his clients receives personal and thorough attention to assist them in meeting their finance and tax goals. Jenny Atchley, Director of Operations

Ms. Atchley has worked with Bedrock’s CEO for over 25 years.  She was one of the first three employees at RealtyBid.com and helped Mr. Isbell grow that company’s sales from 5 properties a month to over 500 single family homes a month. When Isbell sold the company to Corelogic, Ms. Atchley helped pivot the company from a private entity to a subsidiary of a public company satisfying all of the new requirements such as a new human resource function and monthly KPI reporting. She is a skilled operator and at The Bedrock Fund she is responsible for borrower intake, loan processing, closings and repair draws.  Ms. Atchley knows how to build and manage highly efficient teams having grown RealtyBid from 3 to 50 employees. Michael Blatney, Valuations & Underwriting

Mr. Blatney heads up The Bedrock Fund’s property evaluation efforts to ensure that loans are safe and profitable. He got started in real estate by joining his family custom-home building business in 1975 and was buying and selling houses by the mid-1980s. He has been an active part of the HomeVestors network for 20 years. Today, Mr. Blatney is also the leading analyst for the HomeVestors system, evaluating hundreds of properties for loan applications every month. He is the most accomplished valuator at HomeVestors, with a proven ability to assess house values very accurately anywhere in the country.

Mark McKeller, Founder / Director of Originations

Mr. McKeller, a certified dive instructor and passionate boating enthusiast, is also an experienced real estate investor having bought, rehabbed and sold over 500 homes in CA, GA and FL, in addition to originating millions of dollars of asset-backed bridge loans to other investors. Mr. McKeller heads up the largest Franchise sales and support team for HomeVestors of America, which is the biggest single group of investors in the country that buys discounted single-family residences. Mr. McKeller has direct relationships with the most experienced and successful HomeVestors Franchisees, some of whom will originate a significant number of loans originated by The Bedrock Fund. Michael McKeller, Research Analyst

Mr. McKeller has been instrumental in the training and support of 1,200 HomeVestors of America real estate franchises. He has had a range of duties since 2002, including training and support, franchise sales, information technology and financial oversight. McKeller has worked directly with many of the top HomeVestors franchisees to assist them in launching and growing their businesses, and he has an excellent relationship with each of them. The franchisees see him as a trusted advisor, and that position will greatly assist him in bringing the top-tier franchises as Borrowers to Bedrock.
