About

Our Story

As experienced real estate investors ourselves, we find it frustrating that most lenders treat all of their borrowers the same no matter their levels of success.

After purchasing and renovating over 1000 homes ourselves as HomeVestors of America franchisees (“We Buy Ugly Houses”), we decided to form a private lending platform dedicated to highly experienced, top-performing HomeVestors franchisees, like ourselves, that operated within the confines of the HomeVestors ecosystem. As many entrepreneurial stories go, we created a solution to a problem we experienced ourselves.

What Makes Us Different?

Our success is attributed to our ability to accurately assess the underlying value of the homes we hold as collateral, working with only the most experienced HVA franchisees, and the powerful incentive of the risk to our borrowers of losing their franchise should they default on a loan.
